I am personally in love with how well the “Andy Warhol” inspiration worked with this piece. They did brilliantly! Isn’t it so fun to look at these eyes and face in so many different colors? The whole thing makes me wonder how long they had to work on the piece.
Still a very fun image to get to see!

PaperRoboter did the linework in this piece. It makes me so jealous, look at how thin it is! Works perfectly on the piece.
It took me a few minutes to see that the girl is wearing a jewel and that it isn’t a wound on her chest. And the hair is gorgeous! The only thing I would poke at about this piece is that the hand looks like it’s holding the mace backward…But it certainly doesn’t deserve any knocks against the piece. Hands are hard.

I like how mad the image itself is, as if the character is falling down into a portal. I would love to learn what the dragon-like creature is…maybe it’s to show how dangerous the ‘other side’ is?
