This has been pretty fun to toy with!
I have got to find out how to make it stop flying off the location when I go too close to the edge, too. XD Yes, I know why it happens, but it’s crazy. But! Here’s what I’ve managed to build so far:

This first image is my main idea for the town of Broikao, where I’ve laid down some of the roads. Since it’s not given me Highways yet, I hope that these don’t get too overloaded between the town and the Industrial, Power Plant, and Garbage Disposal location. …is it too late to hope that I didn’t get things too separated? Let’s hope not. XD

I didn’t quite expect the camera to shrink so tiny for the screenshot here. Guess it’s what I get for zooming in on a 32 bit game to screenshot. Here’s the start of my town though! Has plenty of Residential space for now, I think, and there’s several Consumer spaces for when this spot gets a bit wider. Seem to have the water and power set up alright, too. At least by how the game has things growing!

Second shot of the Industrial, Power, and Garbage area. To be honest, I have no idea if the Garbage place even needs a road. Figured it’d be better to be sure at the moment. I don’t really know much else about the game, yet! And even if the mouse makes me jump way off the intended location, the game’s being quite fun!

Second shot of the town and consumer space. Hopefully, it’ll continue to generally work out! …of course, I didn’t turn off the disasters. What fun would that be? None of them need to happen yet! It’ll be plenty of fun later though.
Also, at this point of posting, Sims 3000 Ultimate is about 5 dollars on Steam. If you like City Builders and don’t mind that this was out on 1999, check it out?
I’ll try to keep everyone up on how well this town is coming out when I’m not toying with Two Point Campus!
